Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered, you may return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt. All items returned/exchanged item's must be in their original state with the original tag attached for full refund.  This does not include shipping and processing fees which are non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, as a small business we are not able to provide free return shipping at this time. However, there are no restocking fees. 

Embroidered garments are not returnable unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment.  Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. 

Items that are non-refundable:  Collection from Life Threads, compression socks, shoes worn with visible wear and tear.
